Bugfixes
- The robot should now stabilize itself before taking acoustic measurements.
- Fixed an issue where robot would wait for a while before it would make a new plan if the initial plan making failed.
- Navigation will again update the goal if location is updated while navigating to it.
- Improvements for the robot orientation on the different inspection actions.

- Improved navigation's handling of goals that are close to the robot.
- Responses from tasks that finished during a connection loss will now arrive to Cloud reliably once the internet connection is re-established.
